These great men of God have been in prison for 12 years for their faith in Jesus.  Chiapas Mexico is known for its strong persecution of Christians.  These men along with their families refused to participate in government mandated drunken rivalry and idolatry worship 12 years ago.  There was much blood shed in the city.  Many of their churches have been burned their families murdered and homes burned down.  The men are currently serving an 18 year sentence for refusing to deny their faith in Jesus by participating in mandated government events.  We had opportunity to pray with these heroes in the faith while we were in Chiapas.  There are currently 9 pastors in one prison and 34 other Christians in another prison.

Jesus said that you are blessed when you are persecuted for His names sake.  These men are blessed!  Please join with us in prayer for the release of our brothers in prison for their faith in Jesus.
